Questions, corrections and speaking requests are all welcome.

Email

The fastest way to reach me is email:

[email protected]

I read everything and reply to most messages within a few business days. This is a one-person site, so replies come from me rather than a support desk.

What to get in touch about

  • Corrections. If a guide contains an error, an outdated cost, or a claim that better evidence contradicts, tell me. Include a link if you have one. Corrections are the messages I act on fastest.
  • Questions about a specific talk. If you are stuck on something a guide does not cover, ask. Useful questions often turn into new sections.
  • Suggestions for guides. If there is a speaking problem you cannot find a straight answer to anywhere, that is exactly what I want to hear about.
  • Permission to reuse content. For classroom or internal training use, ask and the answer is usually yes.

What I cannot help with

  • Link exchanges and guest posts. I do not accept either, and paid placements are declined without exception. See the editorial policy.
  • Clinical anxiety. If speaking fear is severely affecting your work, sleep or wellbeing, a doctor or a therapist is the right first call. See the note at the end of the fear guide.
  • Writing your speech for you. The practice routine and the openings guide will get you further than a ghostwritten draft would.
